Terms and Conditions

Last updated: June 13, 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Novaweb Consulting website and the purchase of our website design, development, hosting, and related digital services.

1. Agreement to terms

By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry, starting a consultation, or purchasing a package, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Novaweb Consulting is operated by linkCocoon, LLC (“Novaweb,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Services

We provide custom website design, web development, landing pages, branding support, software workflows, hosting setup, and ongoing website care. Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope are defined by the package you select and any written proposal or statement of work we provide.

Estimated launch timelines (including 1–3 day focused builds) depend on project scope, content readiness, feedback speed, and third-party dependencies.

3. Packages, pricing, and payment

Published packages may include an upfront project fee and recurring monthly care or hosting fee. Prices shown on our website are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing checkout, you authorize us and Stripe to charge the payment method you provide for the selected package and any disclosed recurring fees.

Recurring monthly fees continue until canceled according to the terms communicated at purchase or in your service agreement. Failure to pay recurring fees may result in suspension of hosting, maintenance, or related services.

4. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business information, timely feedback, brand assets, content, domain access, and approvals needed to complete your project. Delays caused by missing materials or slow responses may shift delivery timelines.

You are responsible for ensuring that content, images, trademarks, and materials you supply do not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable laws.

5. Revisions and scope changes

Each package includes a defined scope. Requests outside that scope may require a change order, additional fees, or a new agreement. We will communicate material scope changes before performing additional billable work whenever possible.

6. Intellectual property

Upon full payment of applicable project fees, you receive the rights needed to use the custom deliverables created specifically for your project, excluding third-party tools, stock assets, licensed fonts, frameworks, plugins, or pre-existing Novaweb code libraries retained by us.

We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing before launch.

7. Hosting, maintenance, and third-party services

Hosting, domain registration, email, analytics, payment, and other third-party services may be provided by vendors outside our direct control. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or account issues caused by third-party providers, but we will make reasonable efforts to help resolve them.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Our website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific search rankings, revenue outcomes, or error-free operation of every third-party integration.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Novaweb Consulting and linkCocoon, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of our website or services.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a specific project or package will not exceed the amount you paid us for that project or package in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing service relationship according to the cancellation terms provided at purchase or in a written agreement. Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations for work already performed or recurring charges already incurred.

We may suspend or refuse service if payment is overdue, requested work is unlawful, or these terms are materially breached.

11. Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal information.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which linkCocoon, LLC is organized and operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

14. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent through our contact form or by emailing the business contact information listed on this website.
